My Clubs and Activities
There are numerous things to do here, at Lindsay High School, for fun. Clubs and activities allow you to meet new people and experience new exciting things.
Clubs
Lindsay Excursion Club: I've been participating in the Lindsay Excursion club since the beginning of my junior year. The club allows us to learn about historical events at the places where the events actually happened. During the summer of 2015, we visited many states on the East Coast to see places we've already covered in our history classes.
Adventure Club: I've been apart of Adventure Club since freshmen year. Adventure Club allows you to learn and experience new things. This year, I was lucky to become the President of the club. We're raising money to go on a ski trip to China Peak during the winter as well as a camping trip during the upcoming summer.
Drama Club: I've been part of the Drama Club for 2 years now. We host the talent show, have "bad scary movie" nights, and organize the yearly musical. Drama Club allows you to see everything it takes to put on a show. Everyone has a job and everything has to run smoothly, in order to have a successful production. After every event, we have karaoke night and food for everyone who helped, to celebrate our success.
French Club: I've a part of French Club since my freshmen year. We sell chocolates every year to raise money for a field trip at the end of the year. During my first year we went to Santa Cruz. We visited a French Bakery, UC Santa Cruz, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
National French Honors Society: We had an inauguration for the members of National French Honors Society. The members' families were invited to the school for the inauguration. After the inauguration we ate French foods with the families who joined us that evening. The members will be graduating with French Honors when the time comes.

Activities
Tennis: I've been in tennis for 3 years now. It has allowed me to understand the meaning of a team. We work together and help each other out. No matter if we win or lose, we will always be there for each other.
